Florida Paddlemasters is a club organized and sponsored by Osprey Bay Outdoors. This club is a great way to meet other folks interested in paddling, and give you a good excuse to get outdoors for exercise, exploration and socializing. Club members receive a monthly email notice with the new password for the web site when it has been updated with the next trip and other handy info. Monthly club trips vary from inland rivers surrounded by swamps full century old cypress, to protected coastal waters that are home to a vast array of sea life to spring fed rivers flowing with cool, crystal clear water.
Rules
1. PADDLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2. No alcohol, drugs, or profanity.
3. Camaraderie and common courtesy shall prevail.
4. Bring back all trash.
5. Support the club Motto "to Paddle and Protect."
6. RSVP to Osprey Bay (727)524-9670 when an outfitter will be providing transport.
7. Club outings are organized trips not guided tours, you should be proficient in basic strokes, and be able to recover from capsize with assist. It is recommended that first time paddlers take paddling instruction before joining in on Club Outings.
